Your tasks

You advise and support people receiving social assistance in their reintegration into gainful employment or into initial training.

Assessment & Integration

You assess potentials as well as specialist and key competencies, agree on individual integration plans, and initiate the appropriate steps and measures for implementation and monitor their success.

Coaching

In complex life situations, you offer individual coaching aimed at professional integration using suitable methods.

Networking

You maintain direct contacts with providers of integration measures as well as with employers in the region and enable internships, training assignments, and supervised entries into the first labor market.

Projects

Internally, you participate in concept developments and projects.

Profile

Experience

You have gained several years of professional experience in coaching people in difficult life situations. Knowledge in the areas of labor integration, recruitment, vocational training, and knowledge of social services in Basel are an advantage.

Personality

Your strengths include high social competence and independence, efficient work organization, and a great sense of responsibility. Good administrative skills as well as at least one foreign language round off your profile.

Education

In addition to your Bachelor's degree in the social, pedagogical, or HR field, you have completed a qualified coaching training such as FA betriebliche/r Mentor/Mentorin or FA Jobcoach Arbeitsintegration.

Language

For documentation and writing reports, you possess stylistic and orthographically secure expression skills in German.
