At Trendline AG - interior design concepts we plan and realize high-quality interiors, renovations and individual living concepts. For the realization of our projects, we are looking for a personality who understands craftsmanship, maintains an overview and has an eye for detail.

YOUR TASKS

• Construction and project management of our high-quality interior fit-out and renovation projects in the private segment
• Obtaining, checking and comparing offers
• Cost control as well as monitoring of budget and additional works
• Schedule planning and coordination of the involved tradespeople and contractors
• Regular site inspections regarding quality, execution and details
• Organization of acceptances and consistent processing of open points
• Interface between client, planning, suppliers and contractors
• Early recognition of challenges and finding pragmatic solutions

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ideally basic training as a carpenter, draftsman or a comparable manual-technical training
• Education and further training as a construction manager
• Several years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation or in construction management/project management
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Confident appearance on the construction site and professional communication with customers and contractors
• Flair for design, materials and details

A shadow gap that is not right. A lamp that is incorrectly positioned. Two materials that do not meet cleanly.
