What awaits you with us

• After careful introduction, you will look after national corporate clients as well as clients from the public sector (municipalities and cities).
• You will manage your own portfolio, take responsibility, and enjoy a lot of decision-making scope in everyday life. Development opportunities within the Mandatsleiter team.
• You will independently carry out tenders, performance comparisons, recommendations, and their implementation.
• You will coordinate complex insurance claims together with our specialist experts.
• You will prepare annual reviews and conduct them yourself at the client's premises.
• A structured induction program as well as the introduction to your clients.

What you should bring with you

• A completed apprenticeship as Kauffrau/Kaufmann as well as supplementary training in the insurance sector (federal diploma or alternatively a degree in business administration).
• You fulfill the requirements for intermediary registration with FINMA.
• Several years of experience in looking after corporate clients and public sector clients as well as sound knowledge of the insurance industry. Experience in the international brokerage business is an advantage.
• Very good German; good English skills are advantageous; French is an extra.
• You work carefully, with commitment, and always with a strong customer focus.
• You combine an independent way of working with a strong team spirit.
