Doctor and Partner Management at Hirslanden Bern shapes and develops the cooperation with our partner physicians and thereby strengthens the networking between physicians, clinic management, and medical departments. For this versatile and responsible function, we are looking for you as an experienced personality in partner physician management.

YOUR TASKS

• You are the central contact person for accredited as well as potential partner physicians and accompany them along the entire relationship cycle -- from acquisition and onboarding to the further development of the cooperation
• Furthermore, you steer and develop the medical network in close cooperation with clinic management, centers, and departments and identify potentials for the further development of the medical service offerings
• You plan, coordinate, and accompany center discussions, accreditation procedures, as well as strategic development and succession planning and derive suitable measures from them
• You also ensure professional, target-group-oriented communication between the clinic and physicians and further develop processes, standards, and instruments for successful cooperation with the partner physicians
• You prepare analyses, key figures, presentations, and decision-making bases for the clinic management as well as for the medical board and clinic board and support strategic decision-making
• Finally, you are responsible for contract management in the area of partner physician management, recognize relevant developments within the medical profession, and create regular reports for the clinic management

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed degree (HF, FH, or university) in business administration, health management, law, medicine, or a comparable field; additional training in these areas supplementing the degree is an advantage
• You bring several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in a hospital, a clinic, or a comparable healthcare organization, and thus know the structures and processes of the Swiss healthcare system very well
• You have experience in working with physicians and various medical departments and possess pronounced competence in stakeholder, relationship, and interface management
• You communicate confidently and appropriately to the addressee at different hierarchical levels, possess negotiation skills, and move confidently even in demanding conversation situations
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, set priorities even under high workload, and act with own initiative as well as entrepreneurially
• You are a winning, trustworthy, and integral personality with high social competence, tact, and pronounced service orientation; you know how to network people, inspire them, and win them over for common goals
• You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good French and English skills and are proficient in using MS Office and digital collaboration tools
