Work where the action is!
Together with your management team (Assistant Store Manager), you take on the leadership role for the store and the entire team (store employees). You ensure correct inventory management and are responsible for the daily cash reconciliation. You keep an eye on all sales processes and ensure that everything runs to the satisfaction of the customers. You build up the team, recruit employees, and plan the work and shift schedules. You accompany and promote your team so that they can develop their full potential and can one day take over your job. In regular discussions with the regional management, you discuss the results and the development of the store. The success of your team and your store contributes significantly to the overall success of Action.

Completed vocational training and ideally experience in a comparable position in retail

Keep a cool head, even in stressful situations
