For our client, a renowned public-law pension institution, we are looking for reinforcement. For the location in Aargau, we are supporting the filling of the position as Jurist / Juristin (80-100%). Your tasks: \- Independent processing and assessment of incoming benefit requests for a fixed assigned insured portfolio \- Drafting legally sound benefit decisions as well as writing legal briefs \- Professional dialogue with medical professionals, legal experts, authorities as well as partner insurers and direct provision of information to the insured and employers \- Co-shaping of complaint and lawsuit processes as well as active participation in internal development projects Qualifications Your profile: \- Completed studies in law (BLaw, MLaw, lic. iur.) or an equivalent legal qualification. \- Practical experience in the social insurance or pension fund environment (especially benefit processing) is an advantage; alternatively, a pronounced interest in developing profound knowledge in this field. \- Solution-oriented, collegial personality with a high sense of service.
