This is what your day-to-day looks like ## • At the heart of it: You check inpatient services across all departments and ensure correct billing with your expertise.  • Using modern systems, you identify potentially faulty codings and address them with clear, concise statements.  • You actively participate in the further development and optimization of our rulebook for semi-automated coding checks.  • You always keep regulatory and tariff requirements in mind, analyze trends, and develop innovative measures from them.  • Team spirit is a matter of course for you: You promote professional exchange and contribute to the continuous improvement of our team with your experiences and ideas. What you bring ## • First and foremost: You have completed basic training in the medical or nursing field - that's your solid foundation.  • Additionally, you have successfully completed further training as a medical coder and have already gained professional experience in medical coding.  • You bring in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system; experience in the health or social insurance sector is a big plus.  • You communicate securely and stylistically in German, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.  • With curiosity, you question existing processes, bring in your own ideas, and actively shape changes.
