Conciliation Authority for Tenancy Matters

The Conciliation Authority for Tenancy Matters is a department within the General Secretariat of the Department of Economic Affairs and Health of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. It is responsible for all disputes arising from the rent or lease of immovable property in the canton. We provide legal information and conduct conciliation negotiations, with the settlement between the parties being the primary focus.
