What to expect ### • You keep our buildings and technical facilities in Basel and Riehen in good condition. • You carry out maintenance and repair work on building technology systems and support repairs to HLKS systems. • You coordinate and accompany external service providers and keep an overview. • You obtain quotes and ensure that quality and costs are right. • You document your work carefully - so that not only you know what has been done. What you bring ### • A completed vocational training EFZ, ideally as an electrician. • Enjoy solving problems before they become real problems. • Willingness to perform standby duty at our locations in Basel and Riehen. • Good IT user skills; knowledge of waveware is a plus. • Very good German language skills and a friendly and helpful demeanor. • Driver's license category B. • An NIV-15 permit is an advantage, but not a must.
