Your Role ###
As Regulatory Trade / Transaction Reporting Analyst at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a committed individual, interested in the complex regulatory reporting implications of capital markets products and provide a good sense for efficient processing and analysis with focus on daily trade and transaction reporting related tasks.
Your Responsibilities ###
- Submit the Bank-s daily transaction reporting in compliance with Swiss, European, and other regulatory frameworks like FMIA or EMIR reporting obligations
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting to exchanges, trade repositories and other institutions
- Conduct first-level analysis, driving timely investigation and resolution
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including trading, legal, regulatory change and IT
- Perform first-level controls and prepare KPI reporting for senior management
- Support testing and implementation of system releases and regulatory change
Your Profile ###
- Higher education (university / FH) in Finance, Business or a related field, with first relevant work experience in regulatory transaction reporting or a related field
- Basic knowledge in the area of financial instruments is required; industry specific knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq and JIRA is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to weight problems and set priorities
- Proven capability to work independently, under pressure, and willingness to take responsibility
- Demonstrates strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
