Your Role ###

As Regulatory Trade / Transaction Reporting Analyst at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a committed individual, interested in the complex regulatory reporting implications of capital markets products and provide a good sense for efficient processing and analysis with focus on daily trade and transaction reporting related tasks.

Your Responsibilities ###

  • Submit the Bank-s daily transaction reporting in compliance with Swiss, European, and other regulatory frameworks like FMIA or EMIR reporting obligations
  • Ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting to exchanges, trade repositories and other institutions
  • Conduct first-level analysis, driving timely investigation and resolution
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including trading, legal, regulatory change and IT
  • Perform first-level controls and prepare KPI reporting for senior management
  • Support testing and implementation of system releases and regulatory change

Your Profile ###

  • Higher education (university / FH) in Finance, Business or a related field, with first relevant work experience in regulatory transaction reporting or a related field
  • Basic knowledge in the area of financial instruments is required; industry specific knowledge is an advantage 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq and JIRA is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to weight problems and set priorities
  • Proven capability to work independently, under pressure, and willingness to take responsibility 
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability 
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
