Group Leader SEB

At the Baar schools, around 2300 students are taught in 9 school buildings. Various modules of school-based supplementary care (SEB), such as lunch service, afternoon, holiday care, and domestic tasks, are coordinated with the needs of the children, the school, and the parents. For the SEB, we are looking for a group leader for the school-based supplementary care 60 - 70% starting from the new school year or by arrangement. Group Leader SEB What you can achieve Professionally qualified care of children of kindergarten and primary school age Responsibility for the care of a defined group of children within a location Implementation of pedagogical goals according to the mission statement and pedagogical concept Design of age-appropriate and developmentally promoting leisure activities Other tasks: according to the profile of the group leadership (e.g., deputy location management, training officer FaBe, management of individual projects, organization of holiday care offers, leadership of individual employees) What you bring with you Completed pedagogical training, Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung specialization children, EFZ, Kindheitspädagog/in HF or equivalent training Experience in the professional care of children Joy in dealing with children of different ages Ability to find your way in a dynamic environment Good oral expression in German Open, convincing, integral, and resilient personality How we inspire you We offer you a responsible task with opportunities for design.
