We are looking for August/ September 2026: you, our future team member (m/f) Technology, Seminar & Maintenance – a cheerful and conscientious multi-talent (80% - 100%, permanent) Do you want to live out your practical inclination in the most beautiful bay in Europe? Your tasks You are co-responsible for the care and maintenance of the building infrastructure, the preparation and follow-up of the seminar rooms as well as the associated technology. You maintain the surroundings including the parking building as if it were your own. You appreciate the diversity of tasks, enjoy working in a team and for a full house; a plus for which you are happy to give your effort. You work closely with the event and reception teams so that an efficient service is ensured. Flexible working hours are part of your lifestyle: often you work early in the morning, sometimes late in the evening and also on weekends. You play a decisive role in influencing the well-being of the guests. You continuously help to find innovative ways to keep the infrastructure at a very advanced level. Your profile Good German language skills are required. You live a positive attitude in the sense of "there is no such thing as impossible" and thus contribute significantly to the great radiance of our business. You love ensuring order and cleanliness and bring good manual skills, business thinking, a careful way of working and excellent health (setting up seminar rooms daily) as well as a pronounced, positive service philosophy. You are a balanced personality with personal and social competence and hold a car driver's license.
