Head of IT and System Administration (m/f/d)

YOUR PLAYGROUND
At Casino Interlaken AG, you are responsible for the IT for Casino Interlaken as well as for our online casino StarVegas. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on administration and are the central contact person for all IT topics. Your mission is exciting and diverse:

• Together with the management, you develop the IT strategy, implement it in your own projects, and evaluate new technologies
• You are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation
• You lead and further develop our small IT team
• You manage two separate IT environments: For Casino Interlaken and StarVegas, you each administer Microsoft 365, clients, as well as users and permissions. In Casino Interlaken, you are additionally responsible for the on-premises networks and servers.
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions and support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support
• You control external IT service providers and are responsible for the IT budget as well as the procurement of hardware and software

YOUR SUPERPOWERS
In our IT team, you are exactly right if you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in system and network administration as well as experience in project management
• Initial experience in a comparable position as Deputy IT Manager is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networks, and cloud services
• Scripting knowledge, such as in PowerShell or Python
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working and pleasure in pursuing problems to the root
• Good German skills and very good English skills
• A clean debt collection and criminal record
