Your area of responsibility Do you view buildings as complex systems and combine a global vision with a keen sense of detail? As a project manager in the field of Lifecycle Management, you analyze existing real estate properties regarding their structural condition and, based on this, develop relevant recommendations for future maintenance. You assume responsibility and make use of your technical, social and communicative skills. Your main tasks include notably: • Autonomous performance of technical and strategic analyses of buildings (residential, commercial, special buildings and operational properties) • Preparation, processing and analysis of various real estate data using modern software tools • Management and development of consulting mandates for existing and new institutional clients • Support in the development of our services, software tools and digital solutions Qualifications Your profile • Basic training in the main construction sector or as a CFC draftsman in architecture or civil engineering, completed by several years of professional experience; continuing education as a certified ES technician, certified site manager, HES architect or HES civil engineer is an asset. • Extensive knowledge of the entire construction process as well as a pronounced technical and economic understanding • Continuing education and/or experience in the real estate sector are an advantage • Skills in construction costs, for example through corresponding professional experience and/or continuing education in construction cost planning and control, are also an asset • Committed personality with a service- and solution-oriented approach to work • Openness and flexibility towards changing tasks, spontaneous missions as well as individual client needs • Mastery of German orally and in writing at native language level; knowledge of French, Italian and English is an advantage Additional information We offer you • Varied, exciting and diversified tasks within an interdisciplinary team • Autonomous work and personal responsibility • Attractive conditions and good social benefits • Flexible hours, modern workplace and possibility of teleworking (hybrid model) • Professional perspectives with good possibilities for development and continuing education Contact For any technical question, Micha Noser, Head of Lifecycle Management, is at your disposal at the address micha.noser@qualicasa.ch.
