Commercial, manual, or technical basic training

• Experience in dispatching, ideally in the household appliances or kitchen industry
• Joy in telephone customer contact
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a service-oriented personality
• Professional handling of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills
• Independent, exact, and structured way of working
• Good IT user knowledge, especially with ERP systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in a team as well as a solution-oriented mindset

• Creating deployment plans for carpenters/appliance installers and service technicians
• Monitoring execution and ensuring a smooth process
• Organization and coordination with external craftsmen and suppliers
• Creating schedules and coordinating deployments
• Creating and monitoring assembly dossiers
• Telephone contact with female customers, male customers, internal departments, and external partners
• Participation in a dynamic service environment in which quality, reliability, and good planning count
