Logistics Practical Work Specialist (100%)

For its Corporate Maintenance and Logistics professional sector at its Biel/Bienne site, the Centre social protestant Berne-Jura is looking to hire a Logistics Practical Work Specialist (100%) ## Main tasks: • instruct, supervise and support (in French and German) a team of people participating in a professional or social reintegration program for long-term unemployed persons and social assistance beneficiaries in the performance of the tasks assigned to them in a personalized manner, taking into account their specific resources and skills (mainly activities of loading and unloading goods, picking and deliveries using utility vehicles (with or without trailer), assembly and disassembly of furniture, warehousing and stock management) • plan and organize the work of these people in accordance with the objectives aimed for each of them • offer them individual work accompaniment adapted to each situation • prepare these people for the exercise of a primary labor market job in the retail or logistics sector within their reach, taking into account their skills, but also their development potential Requirements: • CFC in logistics or training deemed equivalent • category B driver's license (category BE would be an asset) • excellent physical condition • a few years of professional experience in the field of logistics • ability and interest in transmitting professional skills to people in professional or social reintegration • leadership, sense of listening, availability and patience • very good ability to plan, organize and coordinate the work to be done • good knowledge of standard IT tools • good mastery of French and German Place of work: Biel/Bienne, Chemin du Long-Champ 135 Start date: 1st December 2026 or by arrangement Interested?
