Tasks Acquisition and support of sponsors and exhibitors for medical congresses Development and sale of individual sponsoring and exhibition concepts Planning and organization of the industry exhibition – from stand planning to implementation on site Creation of sponsor and exhibitor documents as well as coordination of administrative processes Personal support of our industry partners during the congresses as the first point of contact Collaboration in an interdisciplinary congress team Depending on the congress Assumption of additional coordinating tasks and ensuring a smooth process on site You bring Several years of experience in sales, key account management or business development Proven successes in acquiring sponsors and exhibitors as well as building long-term customer relationships Distinct negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, reliable, and independent working method Initiative, sense of responsibility, and a distinct hands-on mentality Experience in B2B sales in the healthcare sector or knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or healthcare industry is an advantage Very good German, Austrian, and English language skills in word and writing What characterizes you You identify with your task and our company and want to actively help shape the success of our medical congresses together with us.
