This is what you can achieve • Be part of our committed team and bring your flair in dealing with people at the counter and on the sales floor. • You sell all postal and non-postal brand items. These include, for example, regional products or different offers from the telecommunications sector. • You also actively advise our customers on services from various other industries, such as health insurance, insurance and banks. • In the team, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in various roles and develop personally. • If you have never worked in a post office before, we will get you ready! In our 4-month on-the-job training, you will be optimally prepared for your new role as a customer advisor. During this time, you will work with a workload of 80%, after successful completion in the workload you desire. This is what you bring • Your natural sales flair and your open, communicative nature allow you to seek active exchange with our customers. • You have completed basic training in retail or sales. • As an open and responsible person, you easily find your way in different situations. • You are digitally fit and have no problem applying common MS-Office programs. • For competent consulting, you need good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
