What you move You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on production facilities and machines. You perform fault-oriented, preventive, and proactive maintenance activities and ensure that the facilities are ready for use. You resolve malfunctions and implement repairs professionally, also on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drives. You optimize the mechanics of our production processes and implement preventive measures. You document the work performed, report relevant deviations, and make suggestions for improvement. Close cooperation with production, technology, and external partners. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: as a mechanic, machine mechanic, polymechanic, plant mechanic, or maintenance mechanic. Alternatively: further training as a maintenance specialist Professional experience: 2 to 40 years of professional experience, ideally in the maintenance of production facilities in the food industry. A workplace where both recent graduates and experienced professionals over 55 are welcome. You bring knowledge in pneumatics, ideally also hydraulics and mechanical drive technology. Ideally basic knowledge in subtractive machining (drilling, milling, turning) You are ready for 3-shift work and on-call service Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a collaborative way of working. You enjoy working independently and bring an interest in technical challenges. Crane training (industrial cranes) Category C and forklift driver training are an advantage. PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) or willingness to learn them.
