Our recruitment process • You apply directly online for the advertised apprenticeship and submit your complete documents • You will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt so that you know your application has reached us • Subsequently, we carefully review your documents and see if your profile, your motivation and the apprenticeship position fit well together • As a rule, you will receive feedback on the further procedure within 10 working days • If your application convinces us, we will get to know you better in an initial video call • If the mutual impression is confirmed, we will invite you to another round of interviews on site. There, you will get insight into your future training area, get to know possible vocational trainers and team members and can clarify open questions • If it fits for both sides, we look forward to your YES. Afterwards, we will send you the apprenticeship contract and jointly prepare the next steps until your start • After the joint signing of the contract, we have the apprenticeship contract approved by the cantonal office. For minor apprentices, the parents or legal representatives also sign • As soon as the apprenticeship contract has been approved by the office, you are officially part of our company.
