Your tasks

• Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships in the SME segment
• Sale of air, sea, and road transport solutions with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability
• Carrying out customer visits, needs analyses, and proposal presentations
• Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Close cooperation with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service for the successful implementation of customer solutions
• Observation of market trends and competitive activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as high customer orientation
• Enjoyment of acquisition and the building of long-term customer relationships
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
