Head of Multi-fluids Studies and Implementation Unit at 80-100% The Service des énergies guarantees the distribution of electricity, gas and drinking water to Yverdon-les-Bains, as well as to many neighboring villages, while ensuring the management of the public lighting network. In order to strengthen its distribution networks department, the Réseaux de distribution department is looking for a: Head of Multi-fluids Studies and Implementation Unit at 80-100% Your main missions and responsibilities Ensure the organization and management of the unit's activities. Steer, coordinate and guarantee the proper implementation of studies and projects related to multi-fluid distribution networks: water, gas, electricity, public lighting, fiber optics as well as related structures. Ensure the monitoring and compliance with investment notices, budgets and technical, safety and normative rules (SIA, VSS) related to the unit. Ensure the proper execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, the production of plans and structural diagrams as well as their transmission to operations. Guarantee the link between the asset management process and the implementation processes. Participate in the implementation of public market calls for tender (AOMP) and ensure the monitoring of subcontracting and partners. Coordinate the activities of the unit with the other units of the service, the City and the subsidiary companies (YCAD, SAGENORD), as well as with external partners (engineering offices, companies, GRD, subcontracting GC companies). Ensure technical, regulatory and normative monitoring, including technological developments (BIM, etc.). Ensure management standby according to an established rotation. Your profile You hold a HES or EPF engineering degree in civil engineering, or an equivalent title. You have complementary training in project management; training in team management is an asset. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in personnel management and multi-fluid construction project management. Good knowledge of distribution networks (water, gas, electricity, heat) as well as current standards and regulations (SIA, VSS, SVGW, AEAI, ESTI). Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional software such as AutoCAD. You demonstrate autonomy, efficiency and initiative, and know how to achieve the objectives set for you. Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in technical and energetic systems, particularly distribution networks. You are sensitive to the issues of public service and adhere to its missions and its values. Good knowledge of English is required; notions of German are an asset. You hold a category B driving license and demonstrate availability and flexibility in your hours.
