To further promote the development of our broker channel in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Broker Advisor for the Bern region with a workplace at the General Agency Bern.
The following diverse tasks await you:
Support for our brokers in daily business
Support and expansion of the broker portfolio
Coordination and control of offer inquiries
Ensuring quality during contract conclusion
Creating annual plans for market development
Planning and implementation of regional broker events
What distinguishes you:
Federal Diploma of Higher Education in the insurance industry or another higher vocational training
Residency and strong roots in the area of activity
At least five years of professional experience at a multi-line insurer
High performance orientation and commitment
