For our client, we are looking for a cook with EFZ and corresponding work experience. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes as well as in the daily kitchen processes. Your tasks include, among other things, the preparation and cooking of dishes, compliance with hygiene and quality standards, and co-organizing the processes in the kitchen. You work in a structured, clean, and efficient manner and quickly adapt to new kitchens, teams, and processes. The employer has mentioned the following additional tasks: Head chef in a mountain inn (Cook, professional). Responsible for kitchen organization, leading a team of 2–3 employees, ordering, menu planning, quality assurance, incoming goods inspection, and warehousing. Requirements: completed culinary training, several years of experience, HACCP safety, understanding of costs and hygiene, team leadership competence, flexibility, readiness to work also on weekends. Working hours are generally without a break for a room hour, manageable number of evening shifts. Your profile: You have completed training as a Cook EFZ or bring at least seven years of relevant professional experience in the kitchen. You work reliably, in a team-oriented manner, and keep a cool head even at a high pace. Clean working, sense of responsibility, and joy in cooking round off your profile.
