For our client, a leading Swiss industrial company in the technology sector, we are looking for reinforcement for production, effective immediately. In this dynamic environment, you can expect state-of-the-art production facilities and a well-coordinated team. You will make a decisive contribution to the precise processing of high-level manufacturing processes. Plant Operator Cable Production 100% Activities: • You operate specialized and braiding machines independently for the production of outer conductors as well as specialized reels. • You take over the setup, monitoring, and control of the production plants and carry out material and reel changes. • You resolve minor malfunctions independently and carry out simple maintenance work. • You continuously check the production quality, document the results, and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations. • You engage actively in process optimization as well as the recording of all relevant production data. • You precisely implement specifications for autonomous maintenance on the machines. • You record the production data and the processing of the orders. Qualifications • You have completed vocational training as an Anlagenführer EFZ or a basic mechanical education (e.g., as a Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker). • You bring several years of practical experience in plant operation in length production – ideally from the field of cable manufacturing or similar mechanical manufacturing processes. • You convince through a pronounced technical understanding, high precision, and a strong quality awareness. • You are versatile and are characterized by a quick comprehension. • You show a high degree of resilience, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork. • You master the German language in spoken and written form at a very good level. • You have solid know-how in PC applications and are familiar with handling ERP systems. • You are ready to work flexibly in a 3-shift model.
