For our client, an established company in the field of packaging production in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the operation of modern production facilities, effective immediately or by arrangement. The company is one of the leading players in its industry in Switzerland and employs several hundred employees at various locations. Machine Operator (m/f/d) 100% Tasks In this role, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production facilities in the inliner area. You ensure that production orders are processed on time as well as in the required quality and quantity. Regular quality controls are as much a part of your everyday life as compliance with applicable safety, quality, and hygiene standards. In the event of minor technical malfunctions, you intervene independently and ensure a smooth production process. The activity is carried out in 3-shift operation, which includes early, late, and night shifts. Requirements You bring several years of professional experience as a machine operator and ideally have a completed technical vocational training. A good technical understanding is a prerequisite for this position. Additionally, you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, at least at level B1. Personally, you convince through reliability, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
