The company develops and manages a versatile real estate portfolio and offers the opportunity to participate in demanding area development projects. An experienced personality is sought who independently takes responsibility for accounting processes and acts as a competent contact person in all finance-related matters.

Your task ##

• Independent management of financial accounting as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for several mandates
• Independent management of subsidiary ledgers including monitoring accounts receivable management and collection processes
• Preparation and auditing of real estate, operating and heating cost statements for real estate portfolios
• Competent advice and support for internal as well as external contact persons in all finance and accounting-related matters
• Active co-shaping of digitalization and optimization projects to increase efficiency and continuous further development of finance processes

• Commercial basic training with completed further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Sound knowledge of VAT and real estate accounting necessary
