We provide education at Lake Zurich
The Bildungszentrum Zürichsee (BZZ) is a cantonal vocational school with locations in Horgen and Stäfa. We train apprentices in the professions of Mediamatik, Informatik and childcare and offer commercial training. Informatikmittelschüler/innen attend subject lessons at the BZZ. As a recognized vocational baccalaureate site, we offer the BM specialization in Economics and Services, Type Economics.

We are looking for a vocational school teacher with additional responsibilities for English starting September 1, 2027.

Your tasks ###

• Providing English instruction in the professions of Fachperson Betreuung, Mediamatiker/-in, Informatiker/-in, Kaufleute EFZ and EBA
• Further development of instruction as a member of the English subject group
• Readiness to take on organizational, methodological-didactic and pedagogical additional tasks within the framework of school development (mbA teacher)

Your profile ###

• Master's degree in the subject of English and teaching diploma for maturity schools
• Teaching experience at EFZ and BMS level and/or at EFZ and EBA level
• Teaching experience in the profession of Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung
• Experience in teaching learners with compensatory measures (Nachteilsausgleich)
• Confident use of digital media in instruction
• High social competence and joy in interacting with young learners
• Experience in planning and implementing interdisciplinary projects and module instruction
