Architect

We are a small 14-year-old development office focusing on multi-family houses in residential and core zones. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independently working personality who wants to actively help shape our projects, starting on January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Creation of feasibility studies
• Optimization of floor plans and building concepts
• Support of building applications
• Coordination of specialist planners and partners
• Execution and detail planning
• Creation of visualizations

Your profile

• Education as an Architect FH/ETH or comparable
• Experience in the planning of multi-family houses
• Experience with building applications and Swiss building regulations, SIA, VSS norm
• Very good Archicad-28 knowledge as well as 3D planning
• Enjoyment of responsibility
