We are a company active in Facility Services. To strengthen our team in Uster and the surrounding area, we are looking for a regionally working employee as of immediately or by arrangement as a Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Reiniger m/w 100% Your tasks: • Property maintenance (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Cleaning and care of the surroundings • Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flower beds, trimming hedges and edges • Monitoring of building technology • General tasks arising, such as changing lamps etc. Requirements: • Apprenticeship as Specialist in Facility Management, manual vocational training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner • Language: CH-German • Driver's license Cat.
