Construction Machine Operator Tasks Operating construction machines such as excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, or rollers in structural engineering and civil engineering Precise execution of excavation, leveling, and demolition work according to construction plans Creating construction pits, trenches, and terrain adjustments Support in road construction, civil engineering, and utility line work Responsible for the professional use and optimal utilization of the machines Carrying out daily maintenance and inspection work on the machines Compliance with safety regulations as well as careful handling of material and the environment Collaboration with foremen, site managers, and the construction site team Requirements Several years of experience as a construction machine operator, ideally on construction sites Valid construction machine license (SUVA recognized, e.g., M1–M7 depending on the area of application) Good knowledge in handling various construction machines and attachments Precise, independent, and responsible way of working Technical understanding as well as careful handling of machines Physically resilient, reliable, and a team player Good German language skills for communication on the construction site Driver's license category B is an advantage Are you ready for a task?
