The Real Estate department ensures the management, maintenance, and development of EHL's infrastructure. Team Leader - Building The mission of the Team Leader Building is to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the campus building infrastructure, excluding HVAC and electricity. They guarantee proactive, efficient, and service-oriented maintenance, while supervising technical field teams to meet the academic, operational, and event needs of EHL. Your responsibilities: Supervise, organize, and develop a team of technicians within a culture of quality, safety, and service. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee the availability of campus infrastructure. Coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external providers while ensuring the quality of services. Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritize actions in a demanding operational environment. Ensure the restoration and proper functioning of accommodations, rooms, kitchens, and common areas. Drive small technical projects, maintenance work, as well as the administrative follow-up of quotes and orders. Use and optimize CMMS tools to improve the planning and monitoring of interventions. Analyze the state of infrastructure and propose pragmatic, sustainable, and user-oriented technical solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities by ensuring their longevity, quality, and aesthetics. Act as the technical building reference for the campus and anticipate future needs in maintenance, renovation, and investment. Your profile: You hold a technical qualification such as CFC, ES, HES or equivalent in a building trade. You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in building maintenance. You have complementary training in team management or maintenance. You have proven experience in building maintenance or finishing works. You have already supervised technical teams in the field. You have a good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance challenges. You are comfortable with computer-aided maintenance management tools, or ready to adopt them quickly. You have experience in the upkeep or maintenance of professional kitchen equipment. Your native language is French and you have a good knowledge of English (B2).
