For our client, an owner-managed company in the field of precision mechanics in the Frauenfeld region, we are looking for an experienced Polymechanic (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Tasks In this versatile and independent position, you will undertake the autonomous programming, setup, and run-in of a 5-axis milling machine with Siemens-840D control. In addition, you will carry out turning operations on a machine with Heidenhain control if required. You will accompany and monitor the ongoing production, ensure compliance with quality specifications, and actively contribute to their continuous improvement. Furthermore, as a vocational trainer, you will bear responsibility for the practical training of apprentices in the company. Requirements You have completed training as a Polymechanic as well as profound knowledge in CNC machining, especially in milling with multi-axis machines. Experience with Siemens and Heidenhain controls is required. You work independently, precisely, and enjoy taking on responsibility, including in the guidance of apprentices.
