Employee Order Management & Product Data (m/f/d) Immediately | Temporary for 6–9 months | Workload: From 50%, distributed over 4-5 working days Do you enjoy working in a structured manner, maintain an overview even with many individual tasks, and enjoy careful data maintenance? Do you want to gain practical experience in purchasing and e-commerce or actively support us for a few months? Then we are looking for you as an assistant in order management and product data maintenance. What you will do with us: • Planning and triggering supplier orders as well as ensuring timely delivery • Accompanying goods receipt until correct booking in the system and supporting the checking of invoices and delivery costs • Clarifying product availability with suppliers as well as tracking open orders • Early information to the team about supply bottlenecks or delays • Maintenance, cleaning, and expansion of product data (e.g., product photos, texts, wine descriptions, master data, and promotions) • Checking and correcting product data to ensure a complete, consistent, and reliable data base for the online shop Who are we looking for? • You are a student, a career starter, or looking for temporary assistant work • You work in a structured, precise, and responsible manner • You enjoy administrative and operational tasks and can pursue and reliably complete them independently • You are confident in using Excel or comparable spreadsheet programs and quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools • You communicate in a friendly and binding manner with internal contact persons as well as external suppliers • You have very good German language skills; interest in wine, e-commerce, or product data is a plus What you will find with us • Committed team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and uncomplicated cooperation • Direct insight into the processes of a leading Swiss e-commerce company • Exciting practical experience at the interface of purchasing, supplier management, product data, and online shop • Careful induction and clear areas of responsibility • Opportunity to quickly take on independent responsibility for your topics Interested?
