Das Gesundheitszentrum Dielsdorf is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offering ranges from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and to nursing and care at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive nursing offer, we enable people to remain in their accustomed home for as long as possible despite health restrictions. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

Your tasks

• Nursing and care at our clients' homes
• Ensuring the nursing process
• Conducting advisory consultations
• Responsibility for the professional and organizational coordination of the Spitex operation during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson DN I/DN II/HF/FH
• High social, methodical, and professional competence
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent and responsible way of working
