Medical Practice Assistant (a)

As an MPA, you are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.

What you can make a difference to:

• Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination
• Performance of laboratory examinations, EKGs and X-rays, assistance with minor surgical procedures
• Administration and electronic billing of patient files
• Ensuring smooth practice workflows
• Cooperation with the team on administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Training as Med. Praxisassistent/in EFZ
• Readiness for further training as a vocational trainer and/or in X-ray technology
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in patient care
• Empathy and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and humor in challenging situations
• Good German skills (at least B2 level)

• Predictable working hours: Monday to Friday, without night and weekend services; approx. every 2 months a Saturday service
