The work consists of: - organizing and planning the teams of volunteers (drivers and distribution teams) - managing volunteers (recruitment, supervision/support) - managing product stocks (ordering from various suppliers,) - collaborating with the committee (field feedback and participation in actions) The person in the position is expected to have: - an ability to work autonomously, - a sense of organization and planning, - be able to manage volunteers from different backgrounds, - know how to demonstrate rigor and empathy.
