ASSIGNMENTS: an 5 days per week incl. weekends (no split shifts) TASKS: • Preparation of recipes with state-of-the-art systems and equipment • Monitoring of production processes, production quantity and product quality • Preparation of the mise en place • setting up equipment • data entry on PC • performing daily and periodic cleaning work REQUIREMENTS: • several years of experience in gastronomy • experience in large-scale production companies / communal catering is an advantage • good German skills • good physical constitution • independent way of working • flexibility regarding working hours (incl. working on weekends) • motivation and commitment PLACE OF RESIDENCE: as close to greater area 8630 Rüti ZH as possible APPLICATIONS: register via link / no emails
