To strengthen our team in Brig - Simplon Center, we are looking for a dynamic employee with a strong customer orientation. Your role is crucial to ensuring an inviting store and offering our customers the best possible shopping experience! Your main tasks: Customer service: You welcome customers with a smile, advise them, and accompany them directly to the desired products or departments in the store. Merchandise presentation (Facing): You ensure the stocking of goods, pull products to the front in the shelves (Facing), and move incorrectly placed items back to the correct place to ensure a flawless sales floor. Cashier assistance: You support and accompany customers at the self-service checkouts (Self-Checkout), fix small technical malfunctions, and ensure a smooth process in this area. The ideal profile: You have great joy in dealing with customers, are friendly, and are helpful by nature. You are responsive, dynamic, and appreciate a varied working day. Ideally, you bring initial experience in retail or a supermarket (but motivated and willing-to-learn career changers are also very welcome!). You demonstrate patience and empathy (especially when providing support at the automated checkouts).
