Head of Control and Digital Platforms (70-100%) What you move with us - your tasks that make sense In this role, you are responsible for the Control & Digital Platforms department and develop it in a targeted manner. Your future department ensures governance, controls goals and priorities, and drives the strategic process for GVB Services AG in a sustainable way. Together with your specialists, you develop digital platforms and central skills for the entire GVB Group. This creates the basis for clear control, effective collaboration, and sustainable results. Concretely: You control governance, goals, and priorities and are responsible for the strategic process of GVB Service AG - as well as the project portfolio of GVB. You ensure effective performance management, clear service levels, and meaningful reporting. You develop digital platforms, AI, data, and analytics skills in a targeted manner and drive their use forward. You design customer-oriented processes, channels, and experiences and ensure a consistent data basis. You lead around 10 specialized specialists and create an environment in which different competencies work together optimally.
