For our IT team, we are looking for a versatile, IT-affine personality who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner and drives things forward independently. You can expect no narrow specialist role, but a broad area of responsibility with real connection to the business around applications, evaluations, projects and digitalization. IT All-rounder Applications, Evaluations and Support Employment degree 60 – 80 % | Bern, Länggasse | immediately or by arrangement Your tasks You maintain and further develop our applications, especially in the ERP and Microsoft environment, in cooperation with external partners. You evaluate data from various systems periodically and ad-hoc and create understandable, target-group-oriented evaluations from them. You analyze and improve applications, data flows and processes and document them – with openness to new approaches or the use of automation or AI. You work on IT projects and changes – from requirements to implementation. You support interface, shop and digitalization topics in everyday life. You assist in internal IT support as well as in customer support (Onleihe) and take on further tasks in the team environment if required.
