As part of the reinforcement of its IT team, we are looking for a Support Technician Level 1 & 2 for our client to ensure proximity support for users.

The position is based in Lausanne and is aimed at a local profile, with 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support. Beyond technical skills, particular attention will be paid to the quality of the relationship with users.

Support Technician Level 1 and 2

• Ensure level 1 and 2 IT support for users.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows workstations.
• Ensure support and routine administration of Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO) environments.
• Handle requests and incidents in compliance with ITIL processes.
• Analyze the problems encountered and provide suitable solutions.
• Accompany users in the use of their IT environment.
• Explain or re-explain procedures and solutions with patience and pedagogy.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests until their resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams when the incident requires escalation.

Profile sought

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Level 1 and 2 IT support.
• You master Windows and the workstation environment.
• You have a solid mastery of Active Directory (AD) and GPOs.
• You master ITIL principles and support processes. An ITIL certification is a plus.
• You speak French fluently and have operational technical English.
• You are based in Lausanne or in the region.
• You are available in October or November 2026.

• You have a strong sense of service and are naturally user-oriented.
• You demonstrate calm, diplomacy, and tact, especially in managing sensitive situations.
