Experienced Special Cleaner (m/w/d) ? Window & Facade Construction Temporary Our client is a successful, traditional Swiss company group that belongs to the top players in integral facility management. For the location in the Basel area, we are looking for an experienced professional for the special cleaning of demanding building facades, glass facades, and window systems in an exclusive mandate. Your tasks: • Professional cleaning: Expert cleaning and maintenance of window and glass facades, metal and stone facades, as well as louvre and sun protection systems. • Value preservation: Carrying out specialized surface treatments, impregnations, and conservations on various facade types. • Safe operation: Operation and work with modern aids such as lifting platforms (elevated work platforms), rolling scaffolds, facade lifts, or osmosis cleaning systems. • Quality control: Independent inspection of the work carried out and compliance with strict Swiss safety and environmental standards (SUVA). Qualifications The requirement profile (must-have): • Qualification: Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a building cleaner EFZ / EBA or a comparable craft training with corresponding specialization. • Experience value: Several years of experience in special cleaning (especially glass and facade cleaning) in the Swiss market. • Physical suitability: Absolute freedom from vertigo and physical resilience (working at heights and outdoors). • Certificates: Driver's license category B is mandatory; an IPAF certificate (for lifting platforms) is a big plus. • Personality: Reliable, precise working method, well-groomed appearance on site with the customer, and good German language skills.
