Healthcare assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Care auxiliary (AUS) / Care assistant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• maintain the order and hygiene of the environments
• use material correctly and efficiently, including personal protective equipment
• direct services to residents
• identify the needs of residents according to the individualized care plan
• use of computerized medical records
• perform medico-technical acts upon delegation
• take care of the daily hygiene of the residents
• guarantee the global safety of the residents
• perform hotel services
• interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements:

• interpersonal skills and empathy
• patience and listening skills
• aptitude for working with elderly and fragile people
• ability to work in teams
• reliability and sense of responsibility
• flexibility and availability to work in shifts, on public holidays and on weekends
• ability to manage difficult or emergency situations
• excellent knowledge of Italian
