Your profile

• Technical basic training, supplemented by commercial further training
• Experience in the sale of technical products, preferably in internal sales
• Very good German skills, good French skills mandatory
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and solution-oriented working
• Structured, organized, and exact way of working
• Team player, communicative, and service-oriented

Your tasks

• Competent advice for our customers by telephone and in writing
• Preparation of technical offers including clarification of all details
• Support for the field service in the preparation of offers and order preparation
• Negotiation with clients in close coordination with the sales team
• Order entry, deadline monitoring, and support of the order processing
• Ensuring high customer and service quality throughout the entire process
