Job description
We are looking for a Childcare Specialist 80% as of 01. November 2026 or by arrangement. We are: The part-time daycare center Taka Tuka at Lerchenweg in Länggasse is in a large building in old building style with a beautiful, child-friendly terrace. Around 130 children aged from 3 months until school entry are cared for in five groups with us. In our diversely equipped premises, the children move in four mixed-age groups. From four years of age, they have the opportunity to switch to the kindergarten group. We are a reflective, open, humorous and flexible team that supports each other even in demanding situations. We offer you an indefinite workload of 80% in the "Orange" team. In addition to pedagogical tasks, the position also includes administrative tasks. What you bring:

You have a completed pedagogical vocational training (at least EFZ) and professional experience with children from 3 months until school entry.
You can organize and lead the group independently.
You are an engaged person with ideas that you like to contribute.
You keep a clear head in hectic situations and work with hand, heart and humor.
Trustful cooperation with parents is important to you.
You like exchange and the shared assumption of responsibility in an engaged team.
You complete housework and administrative tasks efficiently and with an overview.
You are looking for a long-term challenge with development opportunities.
