You will be responsible for the complete management of real estate transactions, ensuring a professional and quality service. As a Residential Broker, you will join a multidisciplinary team with a human scale, offering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Missions As a Residential Broker M/F, you will have the following responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate sector (Canton of Geneva and Vaud primarily); • Accompany clients in all stages of the sale or purchase of residential real estate (apartments and villas) ; • Evaluate real estate and advise clients on their market value ; • Prepare and implement sales strategies adapted to the needs of clients ; • Organize and conduct visits to real estate properties ; • Negotiate sales or purchase conditions with the parties concerned ; • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding real estate transactions. Candidate Profile As a Residential Broker M/F, you have the following profile : • Real estate diploma an ASSET • Previous experience in the residential brokerage sector an ASSET ; • Good knowledge of the Geneva real estate market ; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills ; • Good command of French, with knowledge of English or German as an asset ; • Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented.
