• Temporary support • Accountant position in an SME to be filled in Plan-les-Ouates About Our Client ## Our client is an SME based in Plan-les-Ouates. Job Description ## The responsibilities of this 80% accountant will be as follows: Participate in the maintenance of general, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting, in support of the accountant while guaranteeing the quality of accounting entries, respecting the deadlines provided, internal procedures and Swiss legal obligations. More specifically on accounts receivable: \* Participate in the maintenance of accounts receivable and perform monitoring: monitoring the preparation and issuance of invoicing and reminders while ensuring a quality customer relationship o Manage bank reconciliation for Swiss customers o Creation of documents for Swiss customers • Ensure daily management (ADV): customer orders and invoices • Respect the usual billing calendar and specific billing (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) More specifically on accounts payable: • Participate in the recording of supplier invoices excluding logistics and filing of invoices • Ensure the recording of expense reports • Recording of credit cards The Successful Applicant ## The 80% accountant we are looking for will bring the following profile and skills: • CFC training in commercial employee (finance / accounting option) or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting with a sensitivity to billing matters • Knowledge of general accounting in Switzerland • Knowledge of accounting closing principles • Experience working on an ERP or accounting software • Interpersonal skills: sense of priorities, rigor and precision, sense of confidentiality, ease in contacts and good communication, customer orientation, ability to work autonomously, proactivity, versatility, sense of initiative, team spirit What's on Offer ## The opportunity to join a developing structure as part of reinforcement in the accounting department.
