Qualifications and characteristics ##

• Completed basic technical training in an industrial environment (plant operator, mechanic, electrician or similar) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar work environment
• Proficiency in German, spoken and written (C1 level)
• Manual dexterity and speed of learning to acquire new tasks and processes
• Motivation for the continuous improvement of daily work to promote the optimization of products and processes
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as great reliability and flexibility for working in 2 shifts
• Valid driver's license

About the position ##

As a plant operator, you take charge of the manufacturing of semi-finished products and finished products according to the production plan - respecting all production instructions and quality standards. You operate and monitor the production installations and also manufacture specific products for customers according to their individual requirements. At the same time, you ensure a smooth flow of materials within production. Your tasks also include standardized cleaning and maintenance work of the installations as well as supporting the maintenance team during maintenance work. Order, cleanliness and compliance with safety instructions in the production environment are a matter of course for you. You work according to clearly defined methods and principles and continuously participate in the improvement of your daily work processes. With your eye for optimization potential, you actively contribute to the development of our processes and installations, thus participating in the increase of productivity.
