Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Conduct extradition proceedings • Draft hearings and complaints to the Bundesstrafgericht as well as to the Bundesgericht • Handle domestic and international search requests, requests for substitute prosecution and penal enforcement, as well as requests for the transfer of convicted persons • Advise domestic and foreign judicial, law enforcement, penal enforcement, and police authorities • Draft documents predominantly in German <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's degree in law, supplemented with a bar admission, LL.M. or doctorate • Experience in criminal prosecution, at a court, or in a law firm • Independent way of working, oral communication skills, and editorial skill • Decisiveness • Very good active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language as well as English • Swiss citizenship <br /> In a nutshell Participate in international criminal prosecution and contribute concretely to the security of Switzerland! The Fachbereich Auslieferung is the Swiss hub for all questions concerning extradition (incl. search requests, arrest, enforcement, filing of complaints), substitute prosecution and enforcement, as well as the transfer of convicted persons, and works closely with both Swiss and foreign authorities.
